Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the charge you are querying.
To request a refund, you must notify the customer care of your decision through an unambiguous statement

You must specify in your request the following in order to allow the treatment of:
- Complete contact details (first name and surname, mobile number, e-mail address);
- The name of the service name you subscribed
- The payment method used;
- An acknowledgment of receipt is sent by email when we receive your refund request.
- Approved refunds are returned through the same channel the charge was taken from. Requests made more than 30 days after the charge fall outside this policy.
